Description

Pictet Tech Luxembourg is one of three technology hubs (Geneva, Lisbon & Luxembourg) powering software engineering across the Pictet Group. Since 2016, we have grown into a community of committed, curious engineers with a long-term vision, an open, team-driven culture recognized by our people and driven by strong guiding principles: Independence, Long-term thinking, Partnership, Responsibility and Entrepreneurial spirit.

After laying the groundwork for UX at Pictet Technologies, our growing team is ready to take the next step. We’re looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to help us scale our impact, elevate our design standards, and deliver better experiences to our users.

Requirements

As a senior UX/Product designer, your mission will be to:

  • Collaborate closely with PO, business stakeholder & development teams to support the implementation of designs within agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience.
  • Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that all products and features align with customer expected outcomes.
  • Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels, to foster a cohesive brand identity and usage consistency.
  • Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback.
  • Work across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency
coherence and responsiveness of our software solutions.

Our ideal candidate should have:
  • Degree in human-computer Interaction, digital media, media informatics (or related).
  • At least 3/4 years of experience as a UX designer, showcasing your previous work and skillset in a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your contribution to designing engaging user experiences.
  • Practical experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research is a must.
  • Good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.
  • Experience in designing Web Software/Applications is a strong plus.
  • Thorough knowledge in the field of interaction design, visual design and (low & high fid) prototyping.
  • Experience with Design tools such as Figma.
  • Eager to moderate collaborative workshops
  • Familiar with design thinking methods is a plus.
  • Good communication/presentation skills and stakeholder management, with a structured and proactive and autonomous working style.
And also:
  • An agile mind-set. It’s not a buzz word: agility is about collaboration, growing together, supporting more junior team members, intellectual humility and strong desire to learn
  • Proven ability to deliver against deadlines
  • True team player as teamwork is at the heart of everything we do
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. French is a strong plus.

In addition, we are looking for passionate individuals with a well-rounded personality and a good sense of humour: we don’t compromise on these.

Willingness to travel when required (Geneva, Lisbon). Please note that a Luxembourg valid work permit is required. Thank you.
