- Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions powered by Generative AI, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable AI systems, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with external tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
- AI technologies to drive innovation and improve existing systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and share insights to inspire innovation and technical excellence within the team.
Requirements
Our ideal candidates should have:
In addition to solid technical knowledge and experience, we are looking for passionate individuals with a well-rounded personality and a good sense of humour: we don’t compromise on these.
- Strong technical expertise and deep understanding of software engineering best practices, with a particular emphasis on Python. Highly proficient in designing and developing scalable backend API solutions.
- Track record of hands-on AI and GenAI solution development and delivery, with a strong understanding of industry-standard frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- An agile mind-set. It’s not a buzz word: agility is about collaboration, growing together, supporting more junior team members, intellectual humility and strong desire to learn
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. French is a plus.
- True Team player with a proactive approach to challenges and continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do
- Proven ability to deliver against deadlines with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance
- Excellent communication skills
