AI agents
MCP servers
orchestration platforms
enterprise integrations
knowledge retrieval

The platform integrates with core enterprise systems and aims to provide scalable, secure and modular AI services for internal users and business applications.

Your mission
As an AI Engineer, you will design and develop components enabling:

AI agent interactions
MCP server capabilities
enterprise tool integrations
orchestration services
APIs and event-driven workflows
secure access to enterprise data and services

You will work closely with:

Product Managers
Architects
AI Engineers
UX specialists
Platform and Infrastructure teams

Requirements

Responsibilities
AI & MCP Platform Development

Develop and maintain MCP servers and AI platform services
Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise applications
Design modular APIs and service orchestration layers
Implement tool connectors and structured action frameworks
Develop retrieval and context management services

Backend Engineering

Build scalable backend services using Python and/or Java
Design asynchronous and event-driven architectures
Integrate with APIs, Kafka, databases and cloud services
Optimize performance, observability and reliability

AI Engineering

Integrate LLMs and AI services into enterprise workflows
Work with RAG pipelines, embeddings and vector databases
Improve context handling and orchestration capabilities
Contribute to AI governance and secure AI patterns

Software Engineering Excellence

Apply modern engineering practices:

CI/CD
automated testing
trunk-based development
semantic versioning
observability

Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions
Support production operations and continuous improvements

Required skills
Technical

Experience in Java and ideally Python
Experience building backend APIs and distributed systems
Good understanding of REST, async processing and event-driven architectures
Experience with Kafka or messaging systems
Experience with cloud-native development

AI / Modern Platform Engineering
Experience in some of the following:

MCP servers
AI agents
RAG architectures
vector databases
LLM integration frameworks
orchestration frameworks
prompt engineering
AI tool integrations

Engineering Practices

CI/CD pipelines
Git workflows
automated testing
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
observability and monitoring

Nice to have

Experience in banking or regulated environments
Knowledge of security and access-control patterns
Experience with Snowflake or enterprise data platforms
Experience integrating enterprise workflow tools
Exposure to Team Topologies or platform engineering concepts
